Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of personal information held by Frame Zuno Productions Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the brand Frame Zuno Productions. They also explain how to remove a Facebook or Meta integration and request deletion of data associated with that integration.

Your Right to Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to delete personal information we have collected about you. California residents may exercise deletion rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other covered jurisdictions may request erasure under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar privacy laws.

We honor valid deletion requests without unlawful discrimination. Certain legal exceptions may apply, including when information is needed to complete a requested transaction, maintain security, comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, or exercise another right permitted by applicable law.

What We Delete

After verifying a valid request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the requester that is not subject to a lawful retention requirement. This may include account or profile details, contact information, communications submitted through our website, project inquiry information, preferences, technical identifiers linked to a profile, and information received through an authorized Facebook or Meta integration.

Deletion includes removing applicable information from active business systems and instructing relevant service providers to delete it where required. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten through our normal retention cycle. Backup data is not used for ordinary business purposes.

What We May Retain

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping obligations. For example, transaction records, invoices, payment records, contracts, consent records, and correspondence related to a dispute may need to be preserved for the period required by law. We may also retain a minimal record of the request and our response to demonstrate compliance and prevent deleted information from being unintentionally restored.

How to Request Deletion

Email admin@framezuno.site with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The email address or other identifier used when interacting with Frame Zuno Productions.
  3. A clear statement that you want your personal information deleted.
  4. The services, account, inquiry, or interaction connected to your request.
  5. Whether the request concerns data received through Facebook or Meta.
  6. Your country and state or region of residence so we can apply the appropriate privacy requirements.

Please do not email passwords, government identification numbers, financial account details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Data from Facebook/Meta

If you connected a Facebook or Meta account to a Frame Zuno Productions service, first remove the connection through your Facebook settings. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, select Settings, locate Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, choose the applicable Frame Zuno Productions integration, and select Remove.

Removing the integration stops future access but may not automatically delete information previously shared with us. To request deletion of associated data, email us using the process above and identify the Facebook or Meta account email or user identifier connected to the integration. Do not send your Facebook password or access token.

Verification

To protect personal information from unauthorized deletion, we may verify that you control the email address or account connected to the request. We may ask for limited additional information that can be matched against our records. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct confirmation from the individual.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of a deletion request within 7 days. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If applicable law permits additional time because a request is complex or unusually broad, we will explain the reason and provide an updated completion date.
