Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to framezuno.site and your purchase or use of creative production services provided under the Frame Zuno Productions brand by Frame Zuno Productions Inc., a Washington corporation with its principal office at 575 Market St Suite 400, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States.

Acceptance

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, approving a project, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. A signed proposal, statement of work, or other written project agreement may include additional terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

Services

Frame Zuno Productions provides creative production and related services described in individual quotes or project agreements. Project scope, deliverables, production schedule, revision process, client responsibilities, and delivery method will be confirmed in writing. Dates may depend on timely approvals, access, materials, and feedback from the client. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and schedule.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are based on the information available when prepared and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. Work begins after required approvals and any agreed initial payment are received. Invoices are payable according to the terms shown on the applicable quote or invoice. The client is responsible for authorized project expenses and applicable taxes identified in writing. Late approvals, scope changes, or third-party costs may affect the final amount and delivery date.

Client Materials & Usage Rights

You are responsible for providing accurate instructions and materials in usable formats. You represent that you own or have permission to use all text, footage, photographs, music, trademarks, data, and other materials you supply. You grant us a limited license to copy, edit, adapt, and use those materials solely to perform the services. You remain responsible for obtaining releases, licenses, and permissions unless our written agreement expressly assigns that responsibility to us.

Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the project. Unless otherwise stated in a written project agreement, ownership or licensed usage rights in final deliverables transfer only after full payment. Frame Zuno Productions Inc. retains ownership of drafts, unused concepts, production methods, templates, tools, know-how, and underlying working files. Third-party assets remain subject to their applicable license terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, interfere with site operation, or create deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content. We may refuse or suspend work that presents a legal, safety, technical, or reputational risk.

Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Creative outcomes depend on project scope, client decisions, supplied materials, platforms, and third parties. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access or compatibility with every device or service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frame Zuno Productions Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business opportunity, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
